Prythian was amid a time of peace; a feat that its inhabitants had fought for and defended for decades and centuries. The Inner Circle, ever-growing with new additions, maintained a steady rule over their territory and trained their heirs to cultivate and nurture everything that they had once sacrificed for.

As an Heiress to the High Lord and Lady's throne, Valeria would go to the ends of their World and any others in existence for her Court and her people, no matter the cost. Had grown into her power and strength and cunning to do just that.

But there was an evil inside of her; a beast clawing at the cages she so dutifully enforced to keep it secured. And as that beast of night and shadow raged through the darkest depths of her begging for release, fear of the danger she posed and the weight of a crown not yet donned threatened to bring her to her knees.

However, Valeria bowed to nobody. And once the gates of Realms were open and her family and continent were faced with an impossible war alongside allies from Worlds she had not known to exist, the choice to yield herself to the creature within proved to be as heavy as any throne. Whether it would be their salvation or ruin, she had yet to decide.

Disclaimer: I do not own ACOTAR characters or the world. This is my own work created within Sarah J Maas already created world. This is set after Silver Flames, but will not touch on any events that have happened after. This story has 5 parts: Part 1: Before Ikarad, the second son to Feyre and Rhysand of the Night Court. Mated to Etera, the Shifter. Both of them are loyal to their court and their family. Both of them dream of a future that feels so impossible and far away, that when it is within grasp, it scares them more. Part 2: During Freya, daughter to Tamlin. Her life is limited to a circle of white stone. Her hair itches, and her dreams are filled with mountains and wings. Betrothed to a male decades older, a marriage everyone around her prepares her for. Part 3: Present Freya has known pain for a long time now and Orion is tasked to look after her. Orion, the outlier, the one that doesn't truly fit in. Freya's identity is questioned, all that she knows about the world starts to break apart. Leaving her to lean on Orion in more ways than one. Part 4: After Amaya, Youngest daughter to Rhysand and Feyre of the Night Court, tries to find her place in the Night Court. Her powers are greater than her brothers and her father. Her head is held high. Things still need to be clarified, still need to be revealed. Part 5: Beyond Etera needs to face what she has tried to hide from. Amaya needs to face her feelings. Orion needs to face his desires. Years of avoidance come to an end. Death returns one more time. And maybe this is not an end, but a beginning. Cover art by me.

|| Highest ranking: #9 in protection ⚔️ #1 in A Court Of Thorns and Roses🌹 #7 in Sarah J Maas 🧝🏼‍♀️ || "What?" Rhys asked, frowning at Mor. She shrugged, "by the looks of it, your going to be a father soon." Darkness exploded through the room. Cutting out my vision, it seeped through the windows, blocking out any visible light. Calloused hands pressed down against my shoulders, holding me in place. Soothing talons scraped down my mental barriers, trying to pry them open. I could feel his presence through the dark, feel the warmth of his body as he stood in front of me. The darkness subsided to uncover the violet stare of Rhysand eyes gazing down at me. Talons scraped at my mental walls once more before he spoke down our bond, Is this true? I looked to my mate, "Yes." He receded a few steps, stumbling over his words, "how?" "Well, when a mummy and a daddy love each other very much-" "HOW?" He snapped, cutting me off. Sighing, I relaxed my wings, exhausted from today's events, and let them slide to the floor. "A witch put a spell on me," I muttered, unable to make eye contact, "one which I think changed the year I was living in." *** Feyre is the Hight Lady of the Night Court. Living out her life, she thought it was going to be a prefect happily ever after with her only struggles being breaking the news to her mate about her pregnancy. Little did she know the darkness looming within the background, waiting to strike. When a witch appears on her door step, the last thing she would of expected was to be cursed to another year, before she ever existed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a seperate novella spinoff of the acotar series. (DON'T NEED TO READ SERIES IN ORDER TO READ THIS BUT WILL HELP GREATLY IN UNDERSTANDING SOME SETTINGS, REFERENCES AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENTS)

Gwyneth had always felt connected to her faith, a higher power presiding over her. That faith had shaken that devastating day those years ago, the day that went on to haunt her every nightmare for years to come. She's still trying to come back from it, to not only restore her faith in life and love, but her faith in herself. The sanctity of her spirit- she prayed for resolve. Every punch was a prayer. Every mile was a hymn. Until her knuckles bled and her knees gave. Azriel had been surrounded by darkness his whole life, a poison on his world, on his being. He exercised restraint in his every waking moment, banishing that darkness within himself. Some guessed of the strain it put on him, but no one knew the extent of it, how deep his scars ran. It was better this way, he was sure. He had always thought that if there were a higher power- which he wholly doubted- such deities must loathe him to have burdened him such darkness. He hadn't much faith in the gods anyway, much less faith that he could sway their opinion on him. But Gwyneth and Azriel did have one thing in common: the quiet fight within themselves. They only knew one way: to go about it alone, couldn't fathom letting another in. But there's a magic in finding someone who is your equal but opposite, something transforming. And frankly, Gwyneth and Azriel could both use a little magic. All characters owned by SJM in the ACOTAR series. Story takes place after the events of ACOSF. Aligns with the events in my other fic: A Storm of Flames and Deceit. I haven't finished Crescent City, so this story takes place outside of the events of those books as well. Decades after the Great War against Hybern, Prythian remains a land of simmering tensions. A Peregryn's power is awakening, and with it, a darkness that threatens to consume the fragile peace. Branwenn's life is shattered the moment she witnesses the attack on her home in the Dawn Court, and her mother is the attack's sole victim-an act that echoes with otherworldly malice across Prythian. Branwenn is marked for death, thrust into a world where survival is a brutal battle. Torn from the familiar kitchens and bustling court life she knew, she's cast into the harsh, unforgiving camp to unearth her heritage. In this brutal crucible, Branwenn endures, honing her combat skills and rising through the ranks to become a fierce warrior. But even strength and skill are no guarantee of survival. Betrayal lurks in the shadows, and when a deadly conspiracy unravels, Branwenn is forced to confront not only the secrets behind her mother's murder but also the otherworldly forces that seek to control her destiny. A manipulative sorcerer-lord whispers promises of power, tempting her with a path to vengeance, but at what cost? Branwenn stands at a crossroads. Will she succumb to the darkness and become a pawn in a deadly game, or will she forge her own path, even if it means facing the monstrous truths within herself? This is a spin-off inspired by the captivating works of Sarah J. Maas, a delightful blend of homage, spoof, and fan fiction. Full credit is attributed to her exceptional characters and the wondrous world she envisioned.

Following the events of the Azriel bonus chapter... Extremely slow-burn sexy Elriel, angsty Az, forbidden love, glamorous parties, powers, and DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA. Smutty, sexy, angsty... NSFW -- Love? Friendship? Mistake. Shuddering into her sheets, she flung off the quilt and heaved a sigh. It WAS a mistake. Clearly she was broken. And it wasn't the cauldron that did it. It was her. Because SHE picked Grayson while still human and then Azriel after becoming fae. But all Elain kept receiving was rejection, rejection, rejection. If immortality was just filled with getting her heart broken into pieces once every couple years over and over and over... she didn't want it. She wanted safety. She wanted security. She wanted a love that was written in the stars, perfectly laid out for her, and safe to grasp ahold of. And that's when she realized it: she wanted fate... but more specifically... she wanted to live by the cauldron's decision. Because if she couldn't choose love for herself without getting her heart broken, then perhaps she should put her trust in the cauldron. But she would do it her way. The primal nature of a mating bond was fae enough... it needed some... grooming. Leaving the comfort of her quilts and standing up, she drew towards the window, overlooking the front lawn of the River Mansion. Looking out her window, Elain came to a decision, her eyes gliding across the Sidra as it wound its way through Velaris and out into the realm of the rest of the Night Court. Court. Courting. She would court Lucien Vanserra, trust the cauldron, and get the Hells out of the Night Court and away from these infernal shadows."
