Sets in the classic-modernesque world of Enchanteria, where magic has expanded across generations, heroes known as Flash guardians have been the protectors of peace and justice against any danger- including an ancient evil known as Devastrigon.

Created by The Darkened One, the three-headed dragon is a formidable force to be reckoned with. When it appears, the damage it caused is too great to record, but hope still stands strong. Aside from the guardians, there is also a great hero who awakens from his slumber. He has many names, but he is simply called "Dragonslayer".

But his destiny is not to end the darkness, but to start the light for the new generation. Among the new is MaXabiere Berrygrewd, or Xabe for short, who, despite having magical powers, lives in a prosperous, large town of Yardsville in peace. Until he begins to sense danger far ahead of his home.

A danger that cannot be ignored and his powers grew. Xabe will soon learn that his life is not what he seemed to be as he will be joining the Flash guardians, meeting the great hero, and knowing the true nature of his gift- even if it means that the real Dragonslayer awakens.

The very first installment of "The Flash guardians" series is the beginning of an upcoming epic tale of what it means to be a slayer, a guardian, and a hero.
