quietly, carefully, Brittany slipped into her warm flat after three straight months. she smiled at the perfect room everything in its place, photos, magazines. A pair of pumps belonging to a certain brunette laid at her feet and she smirked, kicking of her own trainers and placing them on the empty shoe rack. her suspicions that Anna didn't use the rack when she was gone were now confirmed.

as she took of her coat an place it among a bunch of others on a rack by the door, the blonde imagined the look on the brunettes face when she found that Brittany had returned a week early. After a very stressful day, even this image of her girlfriend in her mind was enough to relieve her.
