It's been a year since El closed the gate and all Alex Byers wants is a normal summer. Working with her best friends at Scoops Ahoy, going on dates maybe, enjoying time with her brothers, and trying to grab at all life has to offer. But the nightmares always come back and she can't run from them. Some weird things start to happen all over Hawkins, and people act funny. Alex gets thrown back into saving the world with her friends. She finds out the mysteries of the mall but also the mysteries within her heart and where her affections and loyalties really lie.

*This story is set at the beginning of Season 3 of Stranger Things. There will be some references to the first two seasons at times. I do not own the ST characters or plot lines. Only my character and her storyline are both mine. I have changed up some of the plot and dialogue to include my character.
