Astryd Chase Carter, a descendant of the legendary Carter family, was a SHIELD agent who eventually became an Avenger. Growing up surrounded by Carter's legacy, Astryd learned that one's mistakes didn't define one as a person. As a young member of the Avengers team, Astryd tried her best to unite the group and discover her true identity and potential.

But as she delved deeper into her past, Astryd realized that she had a sibling, and the truth threatened to tear her apart. She questioned if she was capable of saving the team or if she needed to save herself. Despite the challenges, Astryd remained determined to be a valuable member of the Avengers and to honour her family's legacy. With her strength,  courage, and determination, she will prove to herself to be a true Carter and an even greater Avenger.
