Rex Lapis claims that all but Alatus have passed, all of the other Yaksha have succumbed to their karma and no longer roam Teyvat.
However, up north, where winter is the only season year round, where your tears are frozen and heart buried in feets of snow; a hydra is found after escaping from the Abyss. He is brought to the Tsaritsa and swears allegiance; where he discovers what has happened the last 2000 years. Will he realize who destroyed his sunless nation? Or that it's previous rulers roam Teyvat in such worry? What will he do when he discovers that his previous superior is no longer an Archon? Has it truly been that long since he was exiled? The yaksha has much to ponder.
But, in the end, he is simply a fool who longs for a better world.
