When Prince Arthur Phillip Edward was born in 1982 as the first child to Diana, Princess of Wales and Prince Charles, it was always clear that he was one day going to be King of the United Kingdom. Now, in 2017, he has yet to find a wife whilst both of his brothers have found their people to be with. With the pressure at an all time high and the people of the UK wanting to see their favourite prince finally happy, Arthur finds himself debating to abdicate in favour for William.

But just then, the dancing queen of the Royal Ballet Company manages to pirouette into his heart.

-

For the sake of this story William was born in 1983 instead of 1982. Harry's birthyear remains the same.

Eveline Delamane is currently speeding through life at 15 wtf's per hour. Most evenings are spend with three bottles of gin and two of her best mates. Hangovers were friendly reminders that at the age of twenty five, everyone had to take care of themselves. She's always the one getting into trouble at bars, not being able to hold back her tongue for five seconds. The things that matter in Evee's life: having a good laugh and her career. The children at the hospital were the reason she survived her hangovers four times a week. They always knew how to put a smile on her face, after four cups of coffee that is. When one day, Eveline stumbles upon a world-famous ginger at work, things just don't go as smoothly as usual. Through her black eye, hangover and sarcastic wit, she doesn't seem to recognize one particular prince. What was Ed Sheeran doing at the hospital anyways? ----------------- This is a work of fiction that was written and finished before The Duke and Duchess of Sussex met one another. I choose every aspect of this story because that's what I liked at the time. The similarities are scary and pure coincidence. It freaked me out at the time too (I wrote it first, they decided to live it later- or I was just good at guessing what would happen if H got married). This is a mature story, there's cursing and lemons. English is not my native language. I was 23 when I wrote this, there are some typos. The later chapters are written better and get more detailed. THIS IS A WORK OF FICTION. Seriously, I'm sorry H. Please don't ever read this.
Shrek The Third: The Would Be King & I [Book 3] by TashaFarthing

~Sequel to Shrek 2: Happily 'N'Ever After [Book 2]~ Uncle Connor: Now remember: No nagging, bragging, sweating, fretting, slipping, tripping, slurping, burping, twittering, or frittering allowed. Me: What if I fall gracefully? Zero: That's literally the same thing as slipping and tripping, minus the graceful part. Me: Really? Aunt Ella: Yes. Me: So...I can get away with falling gracefully, then? Alice: No...not unless you're doing it on purpose to catch someone's attention~ As you can tell, that's how my lessons on learning to be a proper Princess usually start. Strict lessons on manners, learning the history of the past royals, which cutlery you have to use with certain meals, etc. etc. Blah, blah, blah. And the worst lesson of them all: Ballroom dancing! On top of that, I'm constantly reminded that I need to find my 'true love' and receive true love's kiss by sunset on my 17th birthday, otherwise I turn into a frozen statue just like my parents, grandmother, and kingdom, and stay like that forever. When Shrek asked me to go with him to visit Worcestershire Academy and find Arthur Pendragon, the one uncle Harold mentioned before he took his final breath, you could imagine the relief I felt to finally have the opportunity to escape my lessons without someone dragging me back every time I tried to ditch them. Question is: Will I be able to break the spell before the deadline? What if Arthur is 'the one'? Will I finally get the happy ending everybody keeps teasing me about? Completed: 25/03/2021 ✔️ Shrek: Once Upon A True Love's Kiss [Book 1] ✔️ Shrek 2: Happily 'N' Ever After [Book 2] ✔️ Shrek The Third: The Would Be King & I [Book 3] ✔️ **Disclaimer: I own absolutely nothing, with the exception of Willow, Alice, and Zero, and this fanfic. Sir Lancelot, his faithful First Knight. Guinevere, Arthur's promised bride. Garreth, her best friend and cousin, the son of Merlin (Myrddin), the great wizard. It sounds just like the Arthurian Legend, doesn't it? But... What if everything happened differently? What if the young Princess Guinevere was not so keen on marrying Prince Arthur, whom she met... when he came for a week-long sightseeing tour to her father's kingdom accompanied by dashing Sir Lancelot? What if she was... dressed as a knight, pretending to be a bodyguard hired for the visitors? And... What if it was 'a she', who was destined to pull the sword from the stone and thus unite the kingdoms? This is my version, a humorous retelling of the famous legend, a medieval fantasy- coming of age- romantic comedy. *This story is purposely historically innacurate, set in some parallel, fantastical Britain that is different from what it had really been in the past, even though I'm using real locations, historically confirmed battles, and the Saxons as enemies of my legendary King Arthur. Rowans Choice by SPenBooks
44 parts Complete Mature
Completed ✨👸🏼 Born to the fairy elite, the royal line, next in line to take the crown, a queen to be announced on her next birthday, with her royal responsibilities and...one choice... only one... everything else has always been decided for her. "Who has Princess Rowan chosen to be her eternal mate?" A question, oh a question, It was already whittled down by the draw upon her birth, a family name picked at random, to keep this fairy line fair, hardly fair to the one picking, to do so from such a small pool of options. Luckily fairy families were large but as Rowan searched the faces in front of her, five brothers... all handsome, all rather eager to take the beautiful Princess's hand... it was the sister, stood to the left, observing, that caught Rowans eye and if she only got this one choice then it was clear. She had read the rules, many, many times, they clearly state to pick from the chosen families kin, sixteen years and over only, nothing on the gender, not that it had ever been done before but rules were rules and Rowan smirked as she let her choice roll over her tongue. She would choose the one thing her father would be most furious about but couldn't change, her choice, and no other fairy, king or not could change it. "Andromeda" she would announce, finger flexed toward her, and the entire kingdom would erupt in the great hall with shock, as Andromeda of the sky line, was pushed forward by her mother into the mix with her brothers. "Rowan" her father would curse "if you place that ring on her finger your line has ended... please rethink your choice" But Rowan didn't care... and Andy had called out to her long before now, the beautiful brunette with striking green eyes, a daring smile and a powerful magic that Rowan had long admired. And after all... it was Rowans choice... to hell with the rules. *I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR THIS BOOK TO BE COPIED, OR ADAPTED ON THIS PLATFORM, OR ANY OTHER, BY ANYONE ELSE* *Completed February 2023*
