Jade Wilson is a girl who was given an evil eye to protect her from the darkness around the world on the day she was born - she had always been told to keep it on and advised not to touch it given how she was being protected by her society. On the day of her 18th birthday, she decides to take the necklace off and exchanges it with one of her gifts, an act that brings her extreme consequences and sends her into a world where all the darkness follows her around. Soon, the truth be unfolded, revealing the reality behind the curse and its origins.
