Skeppy lives amongst the gemfolk. They have been telling stories about how evil the Demons are, however these beings are more myth than they are reality. Some believe the stories, others don't and think it's a hoax that's either to inspire or scare kids. And then some, like Skeppy, weren't exactly sure if they believed it or not. Typically though the more time they get they lean to a side, Skeppy has been beginning to think that the stories are for the kids and the Demons aren't real. However, when Skeppy was sent out to find herbs for the healers, he stumbled further and further into the forest. He knows the area around their town well as he often ran out with his friends, Vurb, Antfrost, Velvet, Finn, and TapL, so he's confident he won't get lost. He wanders around for a while with his basket that holds herbs almost full, until something unexpected happens. Leaves start to rustle, a big shadow starts to form behind them. Out from behind the leaves Skeppy can see that the cause was none other than a Demon.
Skeppy covers his mouth to hide any sudden screams or noises so it won't find him, however in doing so he drops his basket. The noise not only startled the Demon, but also him. The Demon quickly turned around. All this happening causes Skeppy to fall back, a slight scream coming from his mouth. To his shock, the Demon staggered back with a yelp of horror as well.
Hello! Just a quick little reminder that I am not a professional writer and I'm just doing this for fun, so there may be spelling or grammar mistakes in this oneshot! Also, if any of the cc's in this are uncomfortable with being in things like this, do tell me so I can either take it down or remove the cc from the fic.
That being said, I hope you enjoy this little oneshot (I may or may not write a follow up oneshot for this in the future)! Have a good day/night/afternoon!

Zak has always wondered about when he would be able to see the color of the sky, or the grass or even his mother's eyes. All his life, he's lived surrounded by shades of white, black and grey. He longed to see what the world around him truly looked like, and when that day would come.
Darryl has become used to the bland world he lived in, no longer imagining what his hair color was, or the color of his dog's fur. Any mention of color in conversation made him completely close off and turn into an emotionless being. That is, until he saw the light blue sweatshirt in front of him.
