I decided to take my own take on Arthur having a brother, no he isn't reincarnated, no he won't be OP, no he won't take from Arthur. Oscar is just a normal boy, that has dreams and hopes to help out where he can and when he can. Join him in his trips in his world, and how he changes it forever.
