I moved to Hawkins, Indiana on a whim with my rollerblades, a walkman and my drug-dealing, D&D loving, guitar-playing older brother. This town was to be just as like the rest- until I was swept up in a terrifying new reality.
With the world as I knew it turned upside down, I find a newfound sense of comfort and security in the person I would soon learn to be Hawkins most eligible bachelor. Our relationship growing deeper, I begin to feel at peace for the first time in a long time.

This story is a Steve x oc fem. But at first it's mainly following the friendship of Eddie and the main girl. Steve is just mentioned at times. He becomes the leading man after the whole Vecna awfulness. She loves him like the brother she's never had. But seeing as something's weird in this small town she's dragged in to events leading to Eddie's death. Emma doesn't know how to deal with life anymore, how do you go on when your best friend in the whole world dies? Well, you could always fall in love with the one guy you swore you'd never ever be more than a hook-up to. The one who helps you cope with Eddie's horrible faith, because he's equally heartbroken over it. This takes place during and after the events of Vecna's curse.
