The Diomede twins, Big and Little, are the children of Russia and America. Just as their father Russia did, they have gone down the path of detective work, aided by their childhood best friend and mentored by their, still not retired, Dedushka USSR. The two will face criminals and killers even more insane, given the once oh so widely spread fear of America amongst criminals has settled over the many years. It's up to the twins and their best friend, a special guest, to install a new kind of fear into the hearts of criminals worldwide.
They have the same ability which is one similar to that of their mother America, but with a twist on it more like their father. They have created, and can summon, beings they like to call Borough-human's. They are similar to Guardians, so many treat them as such, but the twins pay more attention to the care of those their ability created. Each Borough-human has a "cold related" ability, such as snow, ice, water, and wind, all of which can be potentially deadly.
And now, with their best friend unknowingly putting herself in danger in this line of work, how far will the twins have to go to protect and look after her? Or will it just be only one of the twins? And what arguments and betrayals will come from this?

Ok description time. 4 children are murdered (wow totally a great start) inside of pizzeria meant for young countries to go while their parents, and other older countries went to a meeting with UN.(When they got of age they would start going to the meetings).Creepy animatronics and all.Taiwan worked there and was in charge of the animatronics ; they had blank faces.They lost the plain white in their face and painted on the flags of the children he hated the most ; they just annoyed him.A LOT.That it ran him to the point of murder. Kids Taiwan hated for no fuccing reason --------------------- Poland Mexico Russia America Taiwan's excuses for murder --------------- It was horrible being around them -Poland always asked him if was having a good day ... everyday, it was sickening. -Mexico just had an unreasonable amount of energy. In this world, countries and humans live together, and there are powers given to the countries at birth/appearance. There's a group in Europe that murders innocent civilians just for the hell of it. They call themselves Emathron. Russia, an investigator/police officer, is tasked with finding and arresting this group of killers and psychopaths. His boss, EU, forces Russia to work with 3 others. Finland, one of the best snipers in the world, Vietnam, a silent and serious policeman, and Kazakhstan, a winged country that can glow when he wants.
