Is she really there? Is she not? Is she just a figment of his imagination, or is he living an eerie dream?

Throughout all the stages of Elvis's life, starting in his late teens, he notices a rather mysterious, beautiful girl following him around. No one knows where she came from. Some say she is a ghost since she appears and disappears almost instantly, and only shows up once every year or so. Some say she's a time traveler. And to some, a stalker or just a crazy fan. This intrigues Elvis, but also confuses him profusely at the same time. What is she up to? Who is she? WHAT is she? And how does she appear everywhere he goes? At least, he THINKS he sees her. Despite his begging, she refuses to tell him her secret. This, as well as his love for her, drives him nearly to madness. Will he be able to figure her out before it's too late?All Rights Reserved

Here are two fictional stories of how my maternal and paternal grandmothers met Elvis as teens in the 50s. I think we all wished that our family members met him at some point. These stories are purely made up and start out the same but change as the story goes on. They're not chronological, but are two separate stories, 12-14,000-word count each. FYI: Pictures of the girls aren't my grandmothers. Names are changed as to protect privacy. The family make-up for the girls is about the same as it really was, the city is the same, and the talents that I wrote in were their real talents in life as well. Rest their souls. 💗🌷🌼 All the people who the characters are based on in these stories are not alive today, aside from one--my great-uncle. 💗🌷🌼

You all remember the music teacher that told Elvis that he has no aptitude for singing? Well, in this story, this teacher happens to be a pretty young woman of twenty-five, who Elvis instantly starts crushing on in his senior year of high school. Miss Abigail Thatcher didn't plan on teaching at a high school, but she figured that teaching people relatively close to her age would help her connect to them more. There's a problem with teaching boys of this age, though... feelings could rage. And not just on their end. There is this shy, handsome young man with a unique name eyeing Abigail during every music class with those blue eyes of his, and she can't shake off what those long stares make her feel. Despite his love of music, he's failing the class, so Abigail tries to help him. She gets involved in his life... a little too intimately. She sees that he has some talent, mainly in guitar playing, but his singing... well, she has to be honest with him, but she's afraid that she crushed his dreams while doing so. At least it could shut down whatever "thing" that's going on with them.

For years Elvis wondered what had happened to the sweet little girl he grew up with, the one he truly left behind. Then, in the spring of 1960, upon returning home after a two year stint in the army, Elvis received a letter that would help answer every question he'd been asking for near enough the past decade.

Elvis is one of the most famous men in the world, and pretty much everyone loves him for his fame. He has always said that he wouldn't let the fame get to his head. Well, it does, very much so. The love of his fans is like a drug to him. He wants to do whatever he can to make them happy. And the women... they love being involved with a very famous man. Even his girlfriend Priscilla is his fan, maybe his biggest fan. Something needs to be done about all of this. In 1965, Elvis sees a very interesting young woman wearing all black and has black hair and heavy makeup. The young woman, whose name is Ignis, claims to be an enchantress. She shakes her head at Elvis and tells him that the fame has gone to his head, and people only love him because he's famous. If he can find someone who will love and accept him for him and not his fame, other than his family and friends, his fame will not be taken away from him permanently. The spell is put on him, and he has the whole summer--June 21st to September 21st--to find someone who loves him for him, and they have to tell him so, too. And a twist made by Ignis: he has to love and accept this person for who they are as well. Sam's father is the main groundskeeper for Graceland, Elvis's house. She's less than thrilled when her father asks her to work there. Her previous job treated her horribly, and others in general pick on her because she doesn't have a lot of fashion sense, and she's not much to look at. People had even called her "beast" at times and "outcast." She hates the idea of being around the famous and beautiful Elvis Presley. Maybe she will just steer clear of him the whole time she's there.

"All I had wanted was to attend this sick college party, when my best friend Ethan and his twin-sister Dakota persuaded me to watch them bring Elvis back to life. What I got instead is a girl from the 40's "How did I end up here?" She threw in. "Good question!" I nodded, pointing at her. "That snoring guy right there invented a 'life-serum' and he intended to bring Elvis Presley back to life, but then an accident occured and, well, you were there," I explained. "Don't worry, I was an accident too." She started laughing, and it instantly brought a smile to my lips." (Written from a guy's perspective) THIS ONE IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM MY USUAL WRITING STYLE. IT'S A CUTE LITTLE STORY AND I TREAT IT AS SUCH.

Elvis Presley and his youthful love, Dixie Lange, had a wonderful, beautiful feeling. Unfortunately, due to his own mistakes, Elvis impaired Dixie's trust and the girl broke up with him. Desperate Elvis tried to get her back at all costs, but in vain. After some time, Dixie found a new love, which effectively broke Elvis. The nail in the coffin was Dixie's death, after which Elvis was never the same again. Following a suicide attempt caused by the pain of losing a beloved woman, Elvis lives on. He just lives, makes music, gives concerts, tries to be a normal person among family and friends. Fans see him as a smiling and fulfilled man. But it's a mask. Elvis is a suffering soul who cannot find solace after Dixie's death. And then he will see Patti, her little sister, who is an aspiring model. And then Elvis will understand that this beautiful young woman is his rescue. Little Patricia liked Elvis, so why not love him? Elvis tells himself that Dixie sent him her sister to make Elvis happy. And he will do anything to keep Patricia with him. And he would never let her go.

But, they were 4, crazy teenagers. What could you do? July 18th was the night they'd sneak into the local pool, it wasn't their first time and they didn't know it'd be their last. That night when it hit midnight, they were gone. They disappeared. Where to? No one knew. No one would know until one of them popped back up: screaming, crying, and covered in blood.
