7 years ago a meteorite fell on the town of Kibougahana and destroyed part of it. However, that is not all. From that meteorite, beings called WORMs, have the ability to copy themselves and become a human like any other human.

Seven years later, Hanasaki Tsubomi is a 2nd year middle school student who loves flowers and plants. One day, she dreams of a mysterious flowering tree that wilted, causing the sprites to disappear. When she transfers to Myodou Academy, the faries that she saw in that dream appeared before her. The faries begged Tsubomi to become Pretty Cure to protect the Great Tree, but she refuses. However, a sudden attack from a mysterious enemy came, and the Heart Seed of her new classmate, Erika Kurumi, is stolen. To save Erika's heart, she had no choice but to become a Pretty Cure and fight.

However, Tsubomi was too weak and had no combat experience, so she was unable to fight the enemy on her first transformation. While Tsubomi was having a hard time, Hanasaki Sora, a boy with the same last name as Tsubomi, helped her. Under the witness of everyone Hanasaki Sora transformed into Kamen Rider Kabuto.

Pretty Cure and Kabuto's meeting is where the story really begins. Together they fight against those who want to destroy the Great Heart Tree and protect humans from the WORM. During the battle, Tsubomi gradually uncovers the mystery surrounding Sora and learns the truth about the meteorite impact 7 years ago.All Rights Reserved
