After Gwen Stacy's fall, Peter Parker finds out that Gwen did survive, so he rushed her to the hospital, only to find out she needs a blood transfusion to survive. Peter agrees, and Gwen survives, but Peter may have changed Gwen's life forever.
I heard that there was an alternate ending to TASM2 where Gwen lives, and this is what i imagine it being like.
