You turn once more to make sure he isn't watching you, before making a run for it. This is the first time you've gotten a chance to escape him in months, and you're so close to reaching the exit when you feel someone pull you back onto a hard chest and holding you in place by a strong grip on your throat. ⚠️this is a weirdcore/dreamcore type story, so please read with caution if it may cause you to dissociate!!⚠️ A young girl and her little sister have glitched out of reality, and are now in a liminal place. The girl has been here before, and is determined to get herself and her sister out of this place. However, when she runs into old friends, she finds out that she is one of very few humans who has successfully glitched here twice (let alone by accident). Now she needs to find out if 'home' is the place she grew up in, or if she really does belong here. She needs to make some tough choices. Stay here forever and send her little sister out on her own, or leave and risk injury, even death, if she gets taken through the backrooms for a third time after arriving back 'home' to reality. Jacob is a gang leader while Michael is his third-in-command and Caden is his second-in-command. Jacob had a dark past so he's cold to anyone that's not friends or family. The wooden floorboards creak underneath my footsteps as I walk down the abandoned hallway, my flashlight swinging back and forth in front of me. The cold air from the hallway seeps through my already wet cold clothes, making me shiver. I'm almost at the end of the hallway when I see a door on my left. I stop and stand in front of it. I place my hand on the doorknob and twist it open. I let my eyes adjust to the darkness, finally I see what's in the room. A scream of terror erupts from my throat.
