In Central City, crime runs rampant on the streets. In a city with no one to believe, Detectives Sonic, Tails and their team must play into the criminal underworld, in order to save this city from corruption and darkness - especially when a serial killer arrives in order to destroy the city and the evil that plagues it.
Following a murder of one of their close friends, a rabbit hole of darkness, deception and corruption is unearthed as Sonic, Tails and their team are plunged into a battle of morality, as the clock begins to run out as darkness and chaos begins to take over.
The story revolves in multiple acts, with different forces of evil stirring to challenge Sonic, Tails and the entire crime force that threatens the city's balance.
