this is the most embarrassing thing I've done in about 12 years
A Modern AU where Alexander Hamilton and John Laurens are set up on a blind date by their friends The Schulyer Sisters, Hercules Mulligan, and Marquis de Lafayette. After a long night at the Adams Masquerade Hall, a storm hits and Laurens and Hamilton's friends had abandoned them and John was left to comfort Alex as he had a meltdown due to a thunderstorm. Alex spends the night at Lauren's apartment. Them both wanting each other but too afraid of commitment.

(I know that Laurens is the one that's 3 years older, but John sounds cute as a shy kid. I also know this is probably crappy, and ive changed some details, such as Lafayette being three years older than Laurens instead of three years younger, and ive made relations between characters that aren't real.
