One More Chance

Callie Henderson or as she calls herself now, Callie Bailey, a newly homeless 20 year-old, doing anything to earn a bit of cash. She was willing to risk it all, even if it meant to have the balls to go up against Ace Montgomery.

Ace Montgomery, the leader of the Italian-Spanish Mafia, being the most powerful man alive at age 22. His power is above everyone else's, which puts a target on his back, luckily most people are too scared to do anything.

Callies POV:

And there he was, Ace Montgomery, the 22-year old Don of the Italian-Spanish Mafia, literal king of the world. Everyone knows who he is. People either want to be him or want to sleep with him. For me, it was neither. I don't really have sex with cold blooded killers and I sure as hell don't want to be him. Although I will admit he is a fucking greek god but other than that I don't see the appeal.

Of course, he stood there all high and mighty across from me. I couldn't tell if he wanted to torture me or question me first. As I was looking into his grey eyes, he finally made the slightest movement to one of his men. Before I realize it, his guard's fist is connecting with my face.

Everything's a bit blurry but I look up anyway and see Ace leave the room. So much for him questioning me. Either way, I need to get out of here before he realizes he should kill me for what I did.
