The financial environment for the Series B shares is an internal environment led by existing investors Bay Capital Investments, a private equity firm.

Samco Ventures, which owns and operates online discount broker Samco Securities and mobile trading platform StockNote, has raised $7.5 million (Rs 49 million) in the new financial environment.

The Series B equity financing round is an internal environment led by existing investors, a fair share of private equity firms, Bay Capital Investments, and with corporate sponsors Mumbai. The brokerage firm competing with Bengaluru-based Zerodha will use the proceeds to set up joint ventures, loans, research and marketing consultancy.

"Samco has experienced strong growth since its inception in 2015. The company, which claims to serve more than 75,000 customers, recently announced StockNote, a content streaming and trading platform that collects and provides news and information resources on products and services across India.
