Forbidden Acts

A boy and his sister meet another boy whom she develops a crush on. But before you know it the two boys have also developed a crush on each other, the only problem is is her (obviously) and also the fact that they live in a world where everybody has an enemy that appears on their wrist specifically the new year after they turn 15. If one of them doesn't kill him or her by age 18 then they will both be killed by the government at the same time. The two boys suffer the events of one of them going missing, prison in Australia, and the disappearing of the friend that all of them unfortunately forgot about.
