Alpha Shield

53 parts Ongoing Mature

Coming from a traditionalist family who believes that an Omega's only place is beneath the heel of an Alpha, Abby is given to an Alpha to carry out a terrifying plot against some members of the Omega Security Force. When she is sent to Sanctuary to recover and find a new direction to her life, she plans to figure out her life without ever involving an Alpha, but when her family refuses to let her go, an Alpha who has sworn to never mate is the only thing standing between her and a return to her hellish past. When the Omega who has sworn off Alphas and the Alpha who never wanted a mate finally meet, what happens when their instincts call to the very basest part of their existence? Note: While set in the same world as Alpha Lost, this story - by its very nature - has some darker undertones as Abby comes from a place where Omegas are treated as objects whose value is only as property. Just be warned there may be some triggering moment in this story. UPDATED TO ADD: There are definitely some dark moments. It's gone darker than I thought it would. Abby was abused terribly, and it's not all "off-screen." Mind your mental health and beware of possible triggers.
