All her life, Seraphina has been hidden away in the enchanted forest with her guardian, Calla. The result of a secret relationship between the daughter of one of the most influential families in the country, and a mysterious and extremely powerful Ethereal, it is imperative that Seraphina's identity remain a secret - at least until she is powerful enough to protect herself against the many enemies of her parents.

So, when a tutor from the prestigious Amber Cove Academy appears, Seraphina disguises herself as a Stain; a member of the slave race controlled by magically gifted Ethereals.

Thanks to years of Stain and Ethereal relations, it isn't uncommon for Stains to have powers of their own. Because of this, every year, tutors from Amber Cove travel the country in search of champions to attend the academy.

This year, Seraphina is one of the champions.

Soon, Seraphina finds herself in the competitive world of the Academy, where no one is truly your friend and image and reputation are everything. Seraphina has to learn quickly how to fit in, her survival in the Ethereal world depends on it. Of course, that is easier said than done when Ethereals refuse to treat the Stain champions with any respect.

School bullies are the least of Seraphina's problems, however. The longer she stays at the Academy, the longer strange things start to happen. Whispers in the walls, strange visions, and students getting injured can only be the cause of a darkness that plagues the halls of the Academy which is somehow linked to Seraphina.

To make matters worse the gods that watch over them are more active than ever and their cruelty knows no bounds.

Seraphina finds herself thrust into the middle of wars between strange and ancient entities. Secrets are unravelled, and the more Seraphina learns about her world and herself, the more the gods' eyes fall on her.

The Masters are gathered, and the students have shown their skills, but the training has barely begun. Natalia waits for the new life growing in her body and her soul. She has made her choice, but it will not be the last one. In the safety of the Master's Vale, the complexity of the real world can be forgotten, especially during the rigors of training. But outside of the Vale, forces continue to move towards war. Lukas waits outside the Vale, trying not to become jealous of the life Natalia and Raja are building together. His purpose is clear, he must save the Kingdom from downfall, the Queen must not win this ground. But his reasons for fighting are beginning to blur and forces around him seek to shift his focus. Who is his true enemy? Raja should be happy. He has two bondmates, growing magic, and an offspring he had never anticipated. But everything feels like it is balanced on a knife's edge and his Tribe calls to him. What will tip the scale? The intrigues of the Masters and the Queen become ever more complex, weaving a web over the three. As more people enter their lives, the tangles and snares multiply. No one can see the future clearly, but the Queen will not stop. So it is time for everyone to prepare for war.

"You ungrateful bitch. I keep a roof over your head, and this is the thanks I get?" "You could have killed her," I retort, trying to muster up confidence that I don't possess. "What if she goes to the cops, Dad? That bruise on her face is enough to get you arrested and charged with assault." "What? You mean when she tripped over the mess you made in the kitchen?" His smile is so wicked that it chills me to my core. "She ain't going to the cops. Hell, she'll probably be back here tomorrow." "You're a bastard," I whisper, tears filling my eyes. "No wonder Mom left! She probably couldn't bear to spend another second with-" I'm pushed to the floor. 5 parts Ongoing

In the enchanted lands of Terra, Delphina's once-bright village is falling apart under a dark curse. As hope fades, Dela, a bold young girl with hidden powers, meets Vander, the striking god of War. Their brief but powerful bond sparks hope in her, but Vander soon disappears, leaving Dela filled with longing. Determined to save both her village and Vander, Dela strikes a deal with Ruse, the tricky god of bargains-who may be the very one behind her village's curse. In return for his help, she must find the fabled Death Pearl, a treasure with strange, dark powers. As she sets off, Dela learns she can control water and influence minds-powers that shouldn't work on gods. Yet, for reasons she can't explain, Ruse falls under her control, something no other god has faced. Though Ruse helps her, his anger toward her is clear in every word and action. He hates her for reasons she can't understand, even while his charm and illusions pull her in. Confused by her growing feelings for him, Dela starts to question why he is the only god affected by her powers-and why he resents her so deeply. As Dela travels through the dangerous lands of the gods, she must face the truth about Ruse's hatred, her own powers, and the mysteries of the Death Pearl. She needs to break the curse, find Vander, and figure out her tangled bond with Ruse. But in a world full of lies and trickery, will she save her home-or lose everything she loves?
