Second Chances

Meela's life was perfect. She married her boyfriend, her career was excelling, a baby was on the way, everything was going great. Until it didn't.

Life was cruel and harsh. Nothing was permanent. Life was just set that ways. She couldn't trust anyone. She couldn't depend on anyone.

But what happens when a simple man enters her life and offers her a solution to her problems? Did she mention he was jaw droppingly handsome? Arrogant, set in his own ways, egoistical and has this compelling behaviour where he needs everyone to listen to him?

Not to mention wicked. Oh he was. She couldn't breathe in his presence. She was ridden with guilt, angry with herself. Whenever he walked by her, her legs would clamp shut, her mind replaying with every wicked things he said, no, promised to her.

It wasn't apparent at first, he was just some guy. Some gentleman who gave her an offer. And then, he was someone else. Someone that stayed put in her thoughts and invoked every single desire she had within her.

Not everyone gets a second chance, but it isn't always that easy.
