Bakugou has always struggled with his bodily femininity. He gets most of his physical attributes from him mother and so he has a very slim waist. He has always disliked his waist and it has always been a very big insecurity for him.
In UA he has always, always, been either the first or last to change in the locker rooms because he doesn't want anyone to see his tiny waist.
