The rebellion is over, the Hunger Games are a thing of the past and Snow is dead. Panem is at peace once again, but not before the lives of Katniss, Peeta and Haymitch were destroyed by loss, pain and suffering in the Hunger Games. They are left with no one, no family, no friends. But they do have each other.
All characters are owned by the lovely Suzanne Collins.

Haymitch is a grandfather because he married Katniss's mom after all they went through. Katniss and Peeta's kids are very different. Diana is like Katniss and has her skills with a bow and arrow and hunting. She has her father's talent with a sword, painting, and baking. Finnick on the other hand is like his aunt Prim and grandmother. He likes to take care of people. The story starts with Diana as a seventeen-year-old on the day of the reaping of the 99th hunger games. The Mellarks have a track record for being in love with their district partner. Will it happen again with one of their kids. Also Katniss, Peeta and Haymitch don't have to be mentors. I don't own the characters of the original hunger games.
