I am a sprite. And don’t you dare confuse me with your common fairy, pixie, elf, or spirit. Being a sprite, I have the ability to take on any form I wish – be it human, animal, machine, or owl in a suit. Veronica is my name, and my job is to change people, for the better. You know those people who really bug you? The ones that really, really bug you? I deal with them every day.

Veronica’s job is to restore the lives of lonely people, and there’s no better example than Aunt Bettie, her niece Abbie and Diggory. Although car accidents and kidnapping may seem like unusual ways of helping people, Veronica knows exactly what she’s doing and the story that follows is one of adventure, laughter - and don’t forget evil pirate ducks!
