Shi Ankoku, or better known as Shi, is a serial killer that walks the streets of Mutsu. He killed hundreds of civilans in his reign of terror.
Shi was raised in an abusive household, his adopted brother seeming to be the perfect little boy his parents always wanted. He was a college dropout who spent his twenties terrorizing Japan without a trace, but when Shi goes bigger than he ever has, what will happen?

Dabi is tall dark and handsome. He's got his mind on revenge 24/7 and isn't at all afraid to do unspeakable things to exact it. Hajime Tomoya is a med student with a dark secret and a corrupted sense of justice. He's known for keeping to himself and being absolutely stunning when he isn't wearing a mask under the guise of having a cold. The two happen to come across each other while Tomoya is disposing of a body in the ocean. Dabi's at first disturbed then impressed. When Tomoya's image isn't associated at all with the murder he obviously committed, Dabi get truly curious. But what he finds isn't what he's expecting. Some would call it a meat-cute, other would say it was nothing to lose your head over. (Love and murder, everyone's favorite passions!
