Slave traders have been providing vampires with human victims for centuries. But what whould happen when one of the Kings of Volterra ( Marcus ) decided to take one for himself?
All the way back in Forks the Police have arrested illegal slave traders and unfortunately only one person survived.
While taken to the hospital Carlisle Cullen was responsible for their treatment and asking them questions about the traders, and discovered that they were sold as vampire stock. And immediately he had to inform the Voltori was this case was indangering the possibility that the world could find out about all of vampire existence.
