The answer, obviously, is that they meet up in the human realm and move into a penthouse apartment together.

Two best friends, the angel Azazel and the demon Zeno, are duty-bound to answer and carry out the requests borne from humans' prayers and summonings.

However, their methods could not be more different - Zeno is conscientious, diligent and meticulous in the way he drafts contracts and makes deals. Azazel is... uh, simply put, she's a well-meaning, Goddamned menace to society.
