This is the story of two people who started being an incomprehensible relationship, they both hate eachother since the day they were born, they are always together because both of their parents are bestfriends since birth, but they are different-they dont get along most of the time because Melanie lee gamboa is known as a cold hearted, She dont share hard emotions, she dont laugh, and nobody have seen her cry; and that's why even her families hated her.

Bright dale lim is the opposite side of Melanie gamboa's perspective,he shows emotions, he dont hide it and that makes Melanie annoyed. Melanie hated Bright's demeanor-but she realized it gives comfort to her.

But what she doesn't know, is that Bright's way of treating her is to make their relationship more frequent because since the beginning, Bright has been interested in Melanie's personality and he wants to be close with her; To be called as somebody where she can lean on because Melanie doesn't have any friend. until one day he realizes that he can't no longer see himself as a friend after his feelings fell deeper and deeper and it turned out; he fell in love with melanie because the more he gets to know melanie the more his feelings deepen.

And after all, they both shared same feelings but in the end Melanie's darkest secret ruined their romantic relationship towards eachother. It was the hardest decision for her, but that's the only way for him not to get used to the love that won't be able to keep up with him until the end.
