Broken Katie

Katie is a 13 year old girl fighting depression. Soon after losing her mother and having to move to California to be with her father and his awful wife, she gets depression. She becomes very hated at her new school and her old friends at her old school forget about her. After Katie's father find Katie cutting in the bathroom she's sent to rehab where she starts going insane. Her family and friends view her as a freak. If only they knew what she was going through. This story is based off of two true stories. One from a female who simply hates her life and wants to die, but her parents think she's insane. Then a male who has lung and bone cancer and has lost two brothers, one sister, his mom, all his grandparents and great grandparents, two aunts and his best friend. He also suffers from depression and is sent to rehab.
