Faded

Can you recall a time you have freshly awakened from a dream, trying to remember the plot or logic behind this dream? Are you searching your mind for the events? You may try your best to remember, but the memories are fading from your mind the more your body wakes up. A foggy unfamiliar memory escapes your mind leaving you confused. Now imagine your life being like that, your memories taken from you. Your mind is being robbed as if you're an innocent bystander, unable to understand you're the victim of the robbery. You don't know who you are or where you came from, and you don't know of your family or where you are in the world. Does this sound like a nightmare? Well, that's my life, and don't you forget it.
