In the Philippines, transferees are common when you reach 11th grade, what with the recently implemented K-12 curriculum. But it is not common when you see one of them jump off the building's rooftop everyday, three storeys from the ground. Mikhail witnesses this strange occurrence every afternoon, a girl plunging to her death only to appear the next day in class unscathed. By then, he is very much convinced she's a ghost, until he gathers the nerves to slap her and his hands meet supple cheeks.
