'What if...' is a pretty common attachment when humans express their curiosities while wondering what could have happened if a different decision from the original timeline was chosen and the result it would have brought forth.

The Harbor was what the place was called. It was more like a correction facility and at the same time an educational institution.

Pretty as a picture, Jade Hale, a people person, finds herself dropped off in the Harbor. First steps on the soil of the Harbor and she fits in like a soft puzzle piece, everything is perfect. She's perfect, rich, has a lot of friends and everyone bends to do her biddings within a blink, except for one person. The bane of her existence, Kala Greene. As each day passes by in the Harbor, Jade gradually comes to realize that her life isn't as perfect as she viewed it to be. She meets new people which change most of her perspectives of life and makes her question her sexuality.

"You're a fucking homophobe-"

"No, I'm not!" Jade snapped before I completed my sentence. I could only chuckle and turn my gaze to my computer. But it looked like she noticed how awkward the atmosphere became and added slowly, "I'm not homophobic..."

I didn't want to stretch the conversation further, so I simply chuckled and brushed it off muttering, "if you say so..." and our interaction ended.

Kala Greene, one of the most flexible individuals Jade has ever come across, and that was something, since she had come across a lot of two-faced bitches back at highschool, but Kala was on a whole different league. She could be anybody you wanted her to be, with no issues.
