The year was 2052, and the city of Neon District was lively. It was a dystopian city that had an ever-growing criminal underworld. Finn, a 15-year-old with an IQ score of 173, was thrown into the position of Detective by the national police organization The Watch. Finn always thought a Detective's job was straightforward and took minimal effort. But he was wrong. So so wrong. As an obligation, Finn was forced to move to this dystopian city. He thought this would be a good life change! But it ended up being the worst decision he's ever made.
