Having had to take care of her brother since their parents died, Natasha is sick of taking care of her now alcoholic brother. 

After being diagnosed with a health issue, Sam turns to alcohol for comfort when his wife walks out on him because she didn't sign up to be with a sick person. 

What happens when Sam extends the olive branch to make amends with his sister? Will she forgive him? Or will she regret her decisions?
