Elaine Archer and Im Sejin live in a world where people are judged for their mental state. They have to live with their stigmas of being mentally unhealthy even when they could still live just like other people. They were collared for people to see.
When Elaine is told that she has been listed in the Blind Case System and is assigned as Sejin's case handler, she has to battle with her conscience. She has to choose between her freedom or Sejin's recovery. Meanwhile, Sejin has to brave himself to face his own past and fear in order to recover. Sejin who's been living while hiding his problems is suddenly faced with Elaine who reaches out to him. The two of them have to race against their surroundings and Sejin's past trauma to heal themselves.
