the moon tribes have been needing many things. they have been running low on food and don't have fire. magmawings have started to die of the cold. sunwings are too far from the sun. scoutwings cannot go on missons. nothing is happening in the future so the prophetwings are losing their name. So they send one dragon from each tribe to go to pyrrhia and pantala to see how those dragons are doing and if they can help them.
