This story is from Monsters vs Aliens movie where there was this character named Lily Blues. She is just like everyone except she has a deep fascination with macaws, especially blue macaws. She tried helping macaws to fly to different climates until she took a blood sample and merge her invention with the macaws blood since most macaws weren't able to fly. It went horribly wrong when she tried it out because the blood sample merged with her DNA.
