This takes place in Alageslia' after the rider war. Eragon has killed Galabotorix and lived with Arya(they are married)Saphira and Arya's dragon Firnen are mates. There living happily ever after when a problem occurs. New people come to their home, and are not the friendliest. Read on to find out who these mysterious people are. An all out war begins between the two. Riders and the Varden, well against the Razac army. Also, Glaedr(Saphira's and Firnen's dragon chils) hatches for Oromis(Eragon and Aryas son)

My name is Umaroth Ajikson. My father and sister died in a fire, my mother died shortly afterwards. I've been living in the Spine since shortly after that. However, one day I saved someone from dying by a bear. This person was travelling with another person and a dragon. My life just got a whole lot more interesting. I joined the trio on their travels with my trusty stallion, Istal. Eragon and his dragon, Saphira, must take up the mantle of the legendary Dragon Riders. Joined by Brom, an old storyteller who isn't who he says he is, and myself, someone who has a lot of bad luck, all of us must navigate the dangerous terrain and dark enemies of an Empire ruled by a king whose evil knows no bounds. Together we must face enemies and get through the battles surround us. I've been sucked into an adventure that wasn't meant to be mine, but now that I'm here, I'm not leaving Eragon, Brom and Saphira to their fate.
