Demons and Angels have been at each other's throats for as long as anyone could remember. They are rivals that will never reach peace and everyone just seemed to except it. All accept Bendy and Alice who apparently didn't get the memo. When they fall in love, all sorts of weird things began to happen. The angels had repeatedly tried to get Alice away in fear the demon would be trying to take advantage of her but to no avail.
As for the demons, they really couldn't care less.
