After being ghosted, Fionna had decided to move on with her life with no hidden grudge against his first love Nicholas, who debut as a member of a famous boy band.
Being born from a poor family encouraged her to work overseas to support her family. Her job as a make up artist in Hybe company had paved the way of meeting Nicholas for a several times , which she tried to ignore. She accepted the fact that, they already have their separated lives.

An incident had forced Fionna and K's encounter. Fionna saved K's life, and that sparked the connection between the two. Being triggered by a new rival, Nicholas wanted to win Fionna's heart back.
