Maria Izumi lived as a sewer rat in the slums of France,1800s. Running out of money she decided to pick pocket a random stranger at night only to be found caught. As she is beated mercilessly, a man comes in to the save. Heavily wanting to repay him, she goes with him back to his manor to work for him and his family. Believing she found her knight in shining armor, she relaxes immediately as she takes steps inside the mansion. The only thing she doesn't know is that her knight in shining armor would be the demon who would haunt her. To break her until their is only an empty shell. She can only wonder, what did she do that was so horrible to deserve this? DARK ROMANCE!
