Samantha Mayfield was probably the strangest girl you'd ever meet; she hated most people (and her name), didn't give a crap about anyone's opinion, always had a pack of cigarettes on her, was more sarcastic than anything and despite all that, she had half the school at her feet.

Despite her being hateful to most, she did have a few close friends, they were the only people she would truly open up to. Because, in truth, she had a very pleasant personality. 
When some boy she knew slowly started to hang with her friend group more and more, she didn't know what to think of it. She acted pretty hostile to the boy, which wasn't very surprising to her friends. Will she eventually stop hating this boy? Will their friendship grow, and if it does, what might come from that?
