Dalawang tao na ipinagtagpo ng tadhana ULIT.
Si Alexa Navarro.Isang mabait,maganda,matalino,mayaman at matulungin sa kapwa.Kaya niyang gawin ang lahat wag lang masaktan ang mga minamahal niya.Hindi niya ipinapakita na mayaman sila.Isa lang siyang simpleng babae na simpleng manamit at simple ang pagkatao.Ang mga magulang niya ay both doctors at nagmamay ari sila ng isang hospital.

Si Xander Villanueva.Isang cassanova,matalino,masungit,may PAGKA mabait,mayaman at matulungin din sa kapwa.Ayaw niya sa lahat ay ang titigan siya,pagnanasaan at tumatanggi ng kanyang mga gawain.Hindi siya ganoon kasungit.Both parents din nila doctors kaya parating busy at walang time sa kanila.Yung parents nila ay  parte ng board member ng company nila alexa.

Silang dalawa ang pinagtagpo ng tadhana NOON at pinagtagpo na naman ng tadhana NGAYON.Magiging enemies kaya sila parati o magiging close friends din sila balang araw at balang araw mapupunta ito sa mga serious feelings nila sa isat isa?
