Everything was fine. Everyone forgot about Dream. In turn, Dream forgot about them. He had his cat, he had his food, he had his home. Everything was fine... Until they decided to release him. Dream had been trapped for so long, that any attempt made to bring him out of his "home" would just result in people getting hurt.
