"Kana, will you please love me, too?" Ruzzel asked, she gasped.

Why would her boss wanted her to love him? Wait, too? He loves her? Her mind asked.

"Is it because I'm blind that's why you can't love me-"

"Sir, wala akong pakialam kung bulag kayo. May sarili naman akong mga mata," sagot niya.

"Love me, then." Ruzzel said.

She looked at her blind boss, dumbfounded. "You love me, Sir?" Tanong niya.

She saw him smiled, "I do. Fuck. I do." he cussed.

"Po?" Gulat at hindi makapaniwalang tanong niya.

"Tell me, Kana," saglit itong tumigil. Hinintay niyang magpatuloy ito. Bumuntung-hininga ito, "Can't you love me? Was it so hard for you to love me too? Why? Tell me." anito.

Kahit na alam niyang hindi siya makikita nito, napakamot siya sa kanyang batok, "Hindi ko naman sinabing mahirap para sa akin na mahalin ka, Sir. Nakakagulat kaya," sagot niya na ikinatihimik nito.

"Sir?" aniyang muli nang hindi ito nagsalita.

"So, are you telling me that you can love me too even if I'm blind?" Ruzzel asked.

Nodding her head as if her boss will see that, she answered, "Gaya ng sabi ko, Boss, may sarili akong mata. Saka, hindi naman ang pagiging bulag mo ang magiging problema natin kung sakali na umamin ako sa'yo na mahal kita. Ang magiging problema natin ay ang pagiging boss mo at pagiging sekretarya ko. Gets?" aniya.

At laking gulat niya nang tumayo ito at dire-diretsong tinungo kung nasaan siya.

Nanlalaki ang mga matang tumingin siya rito nang mapansing nakangiti ito sa kanya dahil sa reaksyon niya.

Sino'ng hindi! Imposible! Imposibleng alam nito kung saan siya nakaupo! At titig na titig ito sa kanya!

"Then, marry me. Love me, Kana. I don't give a shit about you being my secretary and me being your boss. Marry me." Ruzzel said, chuckling.

She wasn't able to talk. She was just there, staring at him.

Now, she's 100% sure. Her boss can see her!
