For a child to develop, they require love, attention, and a good childhood in order for them to develop into a good person. But Star Butterfly didn't get any of that, not a single one. Her mother and current ruler of Mewni, have pushed her one and only daughter into becoming the perfect person to rule the future of Mewni. In order to do that, she has done everything to make sure that Star is well-behaved and responsible, which includes sending her to St. Olga's. By the end, Star is now a formal person with few words.

Not being able to take it anymore, one night, Star thought it was time to leave the homeland and move to a new place where she could rest and hide from her family for once. Stealing her mother's wand and dimensional scissors, Star moves to Earth where she meets Marco and his loving family. But that doesn't mean she escaped what she left in the past. Will she ever go back to what she was previously?
