Kaeya fears Diluc's vermillion eyes. He has ever since the other man returned to Mondstadt 2 years ago. He ignored it at the time, hoping it was a stupid irrational fear that would fade. It hasn't though--- If anything, he thinks he's gotten worse in the last couple of months. Even just the color red is making him do a double-take every time it comes into his vision. He feels his perfected mask is slipping and he doesn't know how to fix it. He can only hope that it isn't too noticable. Meanwhile, Diluc wants to reconcile. The only issue is, he has no idea how to and Kaeya has been acting strange. He wants to figure him out. ------- (Note: This is not a ship fic. Written in second POV Gender neutral You were just on Genshin Impact and had fallen asleep. Before you knew it, you felt extremely cold and woke yourself up to a snowy land that you don't recognize. "Oh my, what do we have here?" You recognize that voice. The voice of your favorite character in Genshin Impact: Albedo. Unbeknownst to you, you had transmigrated into Genshin Impact! How exciting! But... "You must prevent his death, so the game does not deviate from the original plot." The system spoke. In order to prevent his death, so you became his assistant like Sucrose, but it was more or less correct that you were just following him around.
